Lately I have been thinking about the roles of Deputy Director and Director and how the people who have those roles are very very inactive, which is not good for the regiment they run aswell as role play, I believe that it would be good for inactive higher ups to be stripped from their ranks as they are to inactive to have these special roles and because they are taking someone else’s opportunity to have that role, so what I recommend is strip them from their rank but give them prior warning, probably a week or less before the stripping of rank happens

May be from holidays or something else, but for higher ups its important that they do let us know if they are leaving, otherwise we might start to take down their ranks.
